Separate luxury kitchen (incl. dishwasher, oven etc) and separate toilet and bathroom. For a couple or 1 person this apartment suits best. There is a storage in the building where user can store their suitcases, but this is shared and not private. The apartment is available for indefinite term due to emigration outside the EU however in case of emergency the apartment must be available in 90 days, which can be discussed and chances are very small.
